Well they did fix both of his eyes first... that was almost a century ago. He got one broken, fixed it once, but it poped out again... and he... he never fixed it after that.
He is all great and fun. One loyal and respectful man the admiral. It is just a bit creepy when ever that eye jumps out and he plays around with it on that big tongue of his for a few seconds before he pushes it back...
